Our Classes:
We offer several types of training at our school. Our first class is a four day course. This is a hands-on professional course that we teach weekly. This is for people who want to learn how to make pizza and master the skills involved. It is a very comprehensive course with hands on training and a great consulting atmosphere.

Our students
learn all the fundamentals of dough making daily. We have comprehensive work books that allow the student to grasp the basics and truly learn how to make great products. These fundamentals will allow you to master the art of dough making without the mysteries involved and truly know your business when it comes to dough. These fundamental are explained and demonstrated every day. Our student makes the dough from our standard recipe from start to finish daily. The student roles the dough, ensures the quality of the dough, and understands all the principles regarding making perfect dough. This is the foundation for any pizza master!
The student also is taught how to open the dough and make various sizes of pizza. Our students will work at opening and stretching dough through the day, as well as making breads. The training is one on one with a Master Trainer who ensures the student is doing a good job, while building confidence and ability by repetitive training. Also having fun and enjoying the art.

In addition to our basic class we off a more advanced class that incorporates our 4 day class skills along with operational management training and custom pizza menu development. This class deals with food cost, par sheets, inventory control, waste control quality control and training. It also provides the student with gourmet sauce training in our kitchen for specialty pizza development. This course allows a person to grasp all the fundamentals of the operation side business and gives the student an excellent start in the management aspect of pizza operations. At course graduation the student will be a pizza master and be able to train others in his own shop on all the basics. He will also have developed his own custom pizza menu with ten gourmet pizzas and be able to show case and sell these items. This is the industry's best consulting program. You will leave here know how to make any pizza understand all ingredients and be a master. The training is very intense by the end of the training you will be working the stations by yourself on a busy night. We also offer all our advice on anything and provide follow up support via phone for all your questions. |

This class
is one of our most intense classes that we offer. It is completely hands-on in every way. We will teach you all we know about pizza and make a master pizza maker out of you. Not only does the class cover all the arts of pizza making ,but is specifically tailored to the students' needs and wants. In other words, we help you develop your own custom menu with all the recipes and standard practices. Our approach is one on one training in a live restaurant environment. It's all about doing it and getting it right. Call to ENROLL!
Our students receive Recipe books and standards; Step by step photos and training for six days daily, classes are from 10:00 to 5:00 and longer as your training progress.
